2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer standard flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your handmade purchase from Inside Out Creations! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made, personalized products, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Exchanges:

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide instructions to process your exchange.

4. Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
